PTM specialises in agriculture automation systems: calf weaning, pig, animal feeding automation system, automation systems for industrial, zootechnical and agricoltural sector, industrial measuring systems. It is located in Visano, near Brescia, Italy.
The company PTM s.r.l is specialized in the manufacture and supply of a considerable range of products and combined services, whereby the company actively operates on both the domestic markets and abroad, across an inspiring mix of business operations, the main being the agricultural, the zootechnical, the environmental and the industrial market sectors.
Incorporated in 1979 in Isorella (BS), northern Italy, by the founder Mr. Renato Trombini, initially the company’s workshop activities were dedicated only to the planning and production of load cells. At the time of founding, the company had only one single direct employee.
In 1987 and with a personnel count that had increased to five employees, the company was registered as Load Control S.r.l. (L.L.C.).
Year 1988 saw the manufacture of the first automatic milk dosing system for calf weaning, whilst the subsequent two years saw the takeoff of the project steps for the very first version of the current electronic weighing systems.
Over years 1993-1994, Mr. Renato Trombini resolved on expanding operations and transferring the corporate facilities to the nearby town of Visano, in Via per Isorella 22/a, into the new company-owned premises. The company simultaneously underwent a name change to the current PTM s.r.l. and resumed planning, engineering and production operations to include all electronic weighing devices.
Thanks to continuously steady corporate technology development levels and constant, yearly corporate growth, the personnel count in year 2000 had increased to twenty employees.
In year 2001, the company was granted it Quality System management certification issued by the official certification body CSQ in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-94 standard requirements, backed by the IQNet International Certification Network certificate.
In year 2003, the company was also granted the ISO 9001:2000 (Vision) Certification. Definitely under the sign of continuous evolution and focus on corporate growth.
Right on up to its present day operations, PTM S.r.l. has consistently endeavoured and succeeded in reaping the benefits of their considerable experience in developing the requests originating from the automated weight and dosing indicators and systems markets, implemented in all the agricultural, the zootechnical, the environmental and the industrial market sectors.

During the planning, engineering and production phases each product is examined, monitored and tested with the utmost care, thereby warranting top-notch quality and reliability.
